We try to use mainly raw materials from organic certified agricultural producers.
Our fresh vegetables are almost all BIO as well as the Kamut® flour used for all the bread (of our production).
We choose to provide as much as possible from local producers to reduce the environmental impact.
Those who are intolerant to gluten or lactose know they can find a wide range of safe ingredients.
We are part of the AIC project for food outside the home.
The service (12%) is no longer applied to our menus.
